The pretty picturesque village of Latchi and it's harbour are a short walk along the beach and turtles choose this beach to lay their eggs. Our house is adjacent to the beautiful Akamas National Park with its fantastic landscape and views. The nature trails in the Akamas National Park are ideal for biking, jogging and walking and our house is only a 10 minute drive from the well known Baths of Aphrodite. The setting is both romantic for couples and also suitable for families and the elderly.
The harbour, which is an easy and delightful 10 minute stroll along the beach path, offers wide choice of excellent tavernas renowned for their fresh fish and local produce - a magnificent location for lunch or dinner....or even breakfast..
If you prefer something more authentic then try the Yangtze Chinese with its good food and breathtaking surroundings.

Coast/Beach
The beach is your garden. It is a beachfront villa literally sitting on the beach. It’s the blue flag unspoiled sandy beach of Arsinoe where the turtles choose to lay their eggs. A few of our guests have seen one while snorkelling and some others have seen them hatch and make their way to the water. The beach is primarily sandy with a strip of magnificent colourful pebbles great for enthusiasts and children to play and paint. It’s a very quiet beach with mostly the guests of the villas.
Travel
The amenities are in walking distance and there is a lovely pedestrian walkway along the beach to restaurants and shops. Car hire for visiting places of interest around the area is nice although it is not essential to enjoy a relaxing holiday in the villa and the beach.
Distances
The village of Latchi is a maximum of 10 minutes' walk away along the beach, and has a picturesque harbour with numerous water-side tavernas specialising in fish and local produce. The village offers a number of typical Cyprus bars, as well as a variety of shops and a well-stocked supermarket, where postcards and stamps may be purchased, and facilities are available 24 hours a day for the promised calls home.
