Positioned 3km from the beautiful harbour village of Latchi, which supplies all the catering and shopping requirements for a comfortable holiday. Latchi has all forms of bars and restaurants and a great water sports hire centre for the more energetic holiday. Only 1km from the villa you will find the 'Baths of Aphrodite' where Adonis bathed.
Full under floor heating and air-conditioning enables all year round comfort. Fully gated and walled property for that additional small child protection.

Accessibility Access from the main road with wide gates and double front door (one step) enables unhindered access to main building. Although a multi level property there are no more that 7 steps up or down to gain access to any internal room. Spacious open plan design.
