Cyprus Sunshine VIllas act as an owners agent for each property listed on this site. The properties are each privately owned, as such there maybe minor differences in the terms of the holiday rental and equipment provided. We have endeavoured to fully reflect this in our description of the properties offered.

Accommodation Capacity
For insurance reasons the total number of clients staying at the holiday home must not exceed the maximum capacity as per the property description.

Arrival & Departure Times
Specific arrival and departure times are 10am on the departure date and 3pm on the date of arrival. These times must be strictly adhered to. In the event that you are unable to arrive or depart at the specified time, advance approval must be sought from Cyprus Sunshine Villas. We cannot guarantee acceptance of an earlier or later arrival or departure time request, however we will endeavour to do all possible to accommodate you.

Balance of Payment
Full Payment of the rental cost must be made to us, no later than ten weeks prior to rental commencement date. Late payments may result in the holiday home bookings being cancelled without advance client notification.

Bed Linen & Towels
Bed linen & towels are supplied free of charge .

Behaviour
Cyprus Sunshine Villas reserves the right to terminate this contract if the behaviour or conduct of the customer either prior to or during a holiday is likely to endanger the safety or well being of other consumers in the party or that of the consumer himself/herself.

Booking Deposit
A non-refundable booking deposit of 15% per holiday is required. No invoice or letter of confirmation can be despatched to you until all deposits have been received.

Cancellation by Customer
In the event that you wish to cancel your holiday home reservation, the following charges will apply :-

(i) Outside six weeks from arrival date: you will forfeit your booking deposit.

(ii) Between two and six weeks from arrival date: you will forfeit 50% of holiday home rental cost, or your 15%  booking deposit; which ever is the greater of the two.

(iii) Within two weeks of rental commencement: you will forfeit 100% of holiday home rental cost.

Complaints

Insurance
It is strongly recommended that clients take out holiday insurance to cover the possibility of cancellation charges.

Liability
Cyprus Sunshine Villas shall not be liable for any damage, loss or personal injury which may be sustained by persons or property at any time during the reserved stay.

Right to Decline
Cyprus Sunshine Villas reserves the right to refuse, alter or cancel a booking, even after receipt of the final balance payment. In addition, the company is relieved of all liability should reserved accommodation not be available due to circumstances beyond our control. In such an instance, alternative arrangements will be made in similar accommodation, or a full refund will be offered.

However, no refund or liability will apply to a situation where a client is requested to vacate, or leaves of their own accord, prior to the expiration of their booking.

Cleaning
Final cleaning is included in the rental charge, but failure to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition, may result in the loss of the security deposit.
