This villa is situated in the small and exquisite Arsinoe Beach Village, which offers one of the finest locations in all of Cyprus, being adjacent to the famous Arsinoe Beach, and nestling between the charming small town of Polis and the beautiful harbour of Latchi. 

Latchi is just a short 10 minute stroll from the villa - either along the newly built beach path (torch advisable for night) or the footpath along the road.

Latchi is a small fishing village, with a good selection of sea-front tavernas offering one of the best choices of fresh fish dishes on the island. The famous Baths of Aphrodite are a 10-minute drive away where the spring in which Aphrodite bathed can be visited.

Polis is a charming Cypriot small town approx. 10 minute drive from the villa. Or if you are feeling energetic, a 25 minute stroll. It has an attractive pedestrianised square with a good choice of bars, cafes, ice cream parlour, and restaurants, even an internet cafe! Polis also has a good selection of supermarkets, shops and bank
